打羽球记

今天登锋来南院

教我们跳撑腰的舞..

扭肩膀那边很美,

可是很难

看他们跳很容易, 

其实有些不错难.. 

节奏很快.. 

 

学到12点, 

我们去吃笨珍云吞面.. 

登锋说星期六要带我们

去studio跳舞:-) 

英文课 

老师要我们用英文去面试

然后我们junior & senior PK 

很意外的~ 

我竟然会赢 

真的有被吓到..

with diploma of Tourism & Hospitality Management ( THM )

晚上.. 

 我们去打羽毛球

 

 太久没做运动了..

才打一下就手软脚软了.. 

是一件非常严重的事! 

所以打算.. 

每个星期四 晚上8点 

都去打羽毛球~

打完球

去喝茶下 

就差不到12点 

就回家了 

真的很累.. 

明天我应该会全身酸痛
